At Red Clay Waterscapes, we specialize in diagnosing and repairing ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and other water features. Whether your system is leaking, cloudy, not flowing right, or overgrown by vegatation and leafs, we’ll get it back to its best. This service starts with a full on-site diagnostic to find the issue. Most problems can be fixed the same day—including broken pumps, damaged liners, leaks, or poor water flow. We use trusted Aquascape parts and natural design techniques to keep your water feature both beautiful and functional. Our team is fast, friendly, and honest. We’ll explain the issue, walk you through your options, and only recommend repairs you actually need. You’ll never be left guessing—we make sure everything is clear before we start. Diagnostic visits are $125 and include a complete inspection. The cost of repairs is discussed and agreed upon on-site based on the work needed. We proudly serve North Georgia and surrounding areas.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service and scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when booking or modifying your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and properly manage our travel schedule. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 fee. This fee helps cover time and travel preparations already made for your visit. We require a card on file to secure your booking, even if payment will be made later or on-site. No charges will be made unless a cancellation or no-show fee is triggered based on the policy. All repair work is priced on-site following the $125 diagnostic visit. This booking policy only applies to the diagnostic session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
