"I found Red Clay Waterscapes through an online search, and I couldn't be happier with my project results. After multiple vendors had previously failed, Luke and his crew expertly diagnosed and repaired a persistent leak in my pondless waterfall that had gone unresolved for nearly two years, bringing the feature back to life. Along the way, he also recommended several cost-effective upgrades -- which I was happy to move forward with -- to modernize the plumbing and improve the system's long-term reliability.
From start to finish, Luke provided transparent pricing, thoughtful design recommendations, and excellent communication, always responding promptly to texts and keeping me informed throughout the project. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Luke and his team at Red Clay Waterscapes and look forward to working with them again on future projects."
